Should you put a floor mat in your car?

In any case, it is always advisable to put a floor mat in your car for a few reasons like, it gives good aesthetics to your car, and also protects the inner company-fitted velvet flooring from getting dirty. Whether you are traveling with friends, alone on a solo ride, or with family with kids, there will be always some dirt getting accumulated or some liquids getting spilled over inside the car. hence, it is very useful to have floor mats in the car.

What kind of Mats are available?

There are different kinds of floor matting available in the market today. There are mainly two types of matting available in the market.

PVC Lamination

xD Mats e.g. 3D, 5D & 7D

This is over the floor fitting. The mats come in your car model shape and they come for all side floors like the driver side, passenger side, and the rear side cover.

Which floor mat you should go for? (Conclusion)

If you are planning to go for a full PVC floor matting you might not like the process of its installation. Everything near the gearbox and also all of the seats will be taken out. There is always a risk of not re-fitting well and it could create problems in the car in the future.

Hence our recommendation is to go for 7D floor mats instead. It fits well and looks good.
